Professor, Chester Arthur Bellock (b. January 24, 1970) is a Chawosaurian Professor and Inventor for Military Science and Technology. Recently been nominated by Emperor, Degotoga K. Atagulkalu on August 31, 2017. On September 1, 2017, he was finally confirmed unopposed by the Chawosaurian Parliament. On August 31, 2017, he came up with new Military Warfare. New Biological Warfare, "Pandemic Weapons", which led to his Nomination in the first place. Bellock is the author of Permanent Order 34569, which DKA signed, giving Bellock access and power to test his Biological weapons on convicted Pedophiles, part of their capital punishment for their sex offenses.
